One of the reasons I love Real Estate so much is that I get to explore so many different neighborhoods throughout the Denver Metro Area and see so many lovely little pockets (sometimes) I never knew existed but more often than not with so much new building going on. Steps outside your door you can walk to Sexy Pizza, Jefferson Park Pub, 2914 Coffee, Federal Bar and Grill and Safeway and Starbucks are just across the street, you can walk to get groceries with a yum coffee in hand (yes, that excites me). As the Real Estate Market is shifting towards a BUYERS MARKET, if you are looking to purchase in some of my favorite local communities including Athmar Park and Valverde, you may be eligible for several incentives to help turn the DREAM of HOMEOWNERSHIP into reality as a result of The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) of 1977.
