My wife and I are looking for two projects. Anyone have any good deals outside Detroit or Surrounding areas? We work with wholesalers/investors on most of our deals. We can take a rental or a flip project, just so it’s in a good area. Any level of renovation is ok. We are now seeing people that were effected by the Pandemic in 2020 that are going into Pre foreclosure. I talked with a couple this morning. They have been super stressed on not knowing what the future holds for them. I cant save their house BUT I am going to save their credit from a Foreclosure , pay off their mortgage lien and they will still make a profit from the equity that they worked so hard for .

I am a real estate investor and I specialize in buying distressed real estate and I’m always looking for deals. In your day-to-day activities, if you come across a vacant and/or distressed home or a seller who is motivated to sell his or her property, and you let me know about it, I’ll pay you a $500 referral fee if and when I buy the property.
