Due to unsafe conditions outside this week, we brought camp indoors—and the energy never left.

Our golfers spent the day sharpening their putting, building focus, and enjoying some friendly competition. More importantly, they learned that success isn’t just about making putts—it’s about respecting your opponents, showing great sportsmanship, and encouraging one another every step of the way. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽⛳️

At Universal Golf Collective, our mission has always been to use golf as a vehicle for something bigger. Helping young people develop patience, focus, leadership, and resilience that carry well beyond the course. 💙💚

This week, that mission came to life at the Future Leaders Lab. Through our partnership with fit4life, our team spent the week helping students build real skills, grow in confidence, and encourage one another every step of the way and the early results speak for themselves.

Proud of our team for showing up and doing the work, and grateful to fit4life for the partnership that makes this kind of impact possible.

Had an amazing first day with the students at Future Leaders Lab. Watching young people learn new skills, build confidence, and encourage one another is what it’s all about.

Took a short break from posting to focus fully on family, work, and personal priorities. I can’t promise daily content, but when I do post it will be with 100% effort. Getting back on the golf course/range even in winter was a peaceful reminder to slow down and enjoy the moment. - Donovan 🅿️
