This photo actually started as just a fun social media trend 😂 But once it was finished, it felt so me that I figured I’d take the opportunity to share a little about who I am and why I do real estate. So let’s breakdown this photo.

I’m Mariah,

born and raised in Texas, a Realtor, wife, and dog mom to Hazel 🐾 I earned my real estate license and became a Realtor in 2024, and from day one my goal has been to do this with heart, honesty, and intention.

Real estate is my career, but helping people feel confident, protected, and at peace during one of the biggest decisions of their lives is the part that truly matters to me. I believe a home is more than just a transaction. It’s where life happens, memories are made, and stability is built.

Outside of work, I love being in nature. Staying in the mountains, snorkeling in ocean-blue water, or just kicking back in my hammock under the trees in my own backyard. I also love traveling, and Kauai, Hawaii has been my favorite destination so far, it completely stole my heart 🌴

I’ve also recently gotten really into gardening. Last year I started growing what’s become a magical little rose garden, and next I hope to have a few raised beds in my backyard dedicated to growing fresh fruits and vegetables. My goal is to build a more self-sufficient lifestyle and eventually be able to share with my community 🌱

Faith is a big part of my life. I love my church, sharing the gospel of Christ, and spending quality time with my husband, who has been my rock and supported me in every way during the startup of my career.

But to really sum it all up, my favorite things in life are the simple ones.

Cozy evenings at home watching the sunset alongside my husband and my sweet Hazel girl, enjoying a good cup of coffee on my couch in front of the fireplace, and hosting game nights with my family and loved ones, where hot dinners come straight from the kitchen, laughter fills the room, and deep conversations linger long after the plates are cleared.

And as you can probably tell, home is one of my favorite places to be. It’s where peace is created, joy is built, and life is lived fully and I’d love nothing more than to help you find a place that makes you love being home just as much as I do 🤍

It seriously brings the holiday spirit to life and it’s completely free for the community!

When I drove through, I saw families walking the sidewalks, kids playing and laughing, and everyone just smiling and soaking it all in. Total awe. It’s such a beautiful reminder of how special community can be during the holidays.🫶🏼
