Protein Powder Donut Holes
Because donuts can absolutely fit into a healthy lifestyle! 💪
Ingredients:
• 1 cup vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup oat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 2 tbsp milk of choice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients until combined.
Roll into 12–15 small donut holes.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Let cool and dust with cinnamon sugar or drizzle with a light glaze.
✨ Approx. 6–8g protein per donut hole depending on ingredients used.
