Congratulations and happy closing day to Doyle! 🎉

Today’s closing ends a long chapter of settling his father’s estate while living over 2,000 miles away from Michigan. I couldn’t be more grateful to Doyle for his support and having the amount of trust he had in us to handle this for him from such a distance.

We were able to secure a cash offer of $27,000 over the asking price with multiple cash backup offers in place. Needless to say, we were pretty stoked! 💰

Congratulations and happy closing day to Jasmine! 🏡🎉

A little back story- I met Jasmine in 2024 when I was also doing property management and she applied to rent a unit I had listed. Fast forward to 2026, Jasmine reached out letting me know that her lease was set to expire soon and she needed to find somewhere to live ASAP!

She got pre-approved and we began scheduling showings immediately. After a handful of showings and being outbid on another property, she never got discouraged and remained determined!

About a week later, we found this beautiful two story with all of the original, well cared for wood work throughout the home. She loves it! We were able to get her $10,000 in down payment assistance and $5,000 in seller concessions so instead of bringing money to close, Jasmine actually walked away with a check today! 🥳

I’d like to thank and congratulate Elaine and Steve on purchasing their new home in East Lansing 🎉🏡

Steve works with my wife Zoey and that’s how I was introduced to them. Throughout the process, we wrote offers on a few homes that they liked and did not get which can sometimes be discouraging, but in the end they kept a great attitude about it and we soon found the right home for them. I’m happy to see them settling in and turning this home into their own.

Happy closing day to our buyer and seller! It was a pleasure working with everyone involved on this one and I could not be more grateful for these two and the trust they had in us with their real estate needs.

A little back story.. Pat and her husband Jim built a home in Dimondale and began raising their family in 1955 (70 years ago!). They decided on what to build after seeing plans for the home in a magazine. After Jim passed, Pat recently decided that it was time to move on from their home and into somewhere that required less up-keep. Today’s closing means that the home Pat and Jim built will now see a new life with an amazing family. Stories like these make me feel so good about what we do!
