This one was all about new beginnings. 🏡 It takes a lot of trust to find the right Realtor on the internet, and I’m so happy I could be that person for my client. We searched for a few weekends, but nothing felt quite right. Beautiful homes, but when you know you know. 🩷 Finding a rental in Naperville is not easy, especially when it is close to downtown! With a little negotiation and a lot of down to earth talks with the listing agent we made it happen! So happy she can start her new life, close to her kids schools in an amazing neighborhood!! 🥰.

The hardest part of Real Estate is sometimes the urgency. My clients found out the end of January that their Land Lord wanted to sell their current townhome rental, and he wanted them out before March 1st! 😳 They contacted me and we immediately went on the hunt. Found this gem in Oswego within a week and signed a new lease within two. They will be well moved in before their current lease is up and everyone is happy!
Why are they not buying you ask? It was not the right time. A week before they found out they were getting the boot, they bought a new car! With an extended lease they will have enough saved up to buy next year. Sometimes things are worth the wait. 🏡😉
