I am beyond grateful and excited to announce that I have officially joined Christie’s International Real Estate REMI with my office right here in Ann Arbor.

This was a GOAL. Not a wish. A goal. And today it is real.
I now have the brand. The engine. The machine. The number one luxury brokerage in Michigan behind every single client I serve. More resources. More reach. More power to deliver results at the highest level.

But honestly what moves me most is this…

I am coming home.

I grew up in Ypsilanti and graduated from Belleville High School. I went on to play basketball at Bowling Green State University and spent 12 years competing professionally around the world. And the number one thing every athlete learns when the ball stops bouncing is this… you need your community.

Community is everything.

This area gave me my foundation. Ypsilanti raised me. Belleville shaped me. Bowling Green built me. Ann Arbor and the surrounding communities are in my DNA. And now I get to give back on a grand scale. Helping people buy and sell homes is not just a transaction to me. It is how I stay connected to the people and places that made me who I am.

I will still serve all of Metro Detroit. That never changes. But now I get to plant my flag back home and build something truly special right here.

Five years ago I helped my clients build their dream home from the ground up. That same year I helped a close friend build hers on the same street… just a few houses down. Both in Ypsilanti… the city I grew up in. After 8 years in Europe and 4 in Latin America… it came full circle. God will always multiply where you are planted.

I rarely talk about my past. Twelve years as a professional basketball player across Germany… Finland… Turkey… Israel… Mexico… the Dominican Republic… and Venezuela. I loved every moment of it but I also learned to leave the past where it belongs. What I will say is this… there’s a dark side of sports most people never see. The transition back to real life after living out your dreams is one of the hardest things an athlete faces. If you’re a former athlete navigating that… find a community of like-minded people who want more. You are not alone.

This year I made myself a promise. In 2026 I will celebrate my wins out loud and educate every client… past and future… on what I know.

Here’s one nugget… free of charge. Never walk into a builder’s office without representation. You may think you’re getting a deal. What you’re really doing is negotiating against yourself. Not all builders operate with integrity… just like not all realtors do. Find someone who has been through the new construction process and knows where the traps are. It should be an exciting experience… and with the right person in your corner… it will be.

The average age of a first-time homeowner in the United States is 40. Homeownership is a journey… but it is your journey. Pay attention lol . I’m dropping free game over here… no AI involved. lol

I’m grateful every day that I found something I truly love after the game ended. Let’s gooo

Getting a home inspection is one of the most important steps in the buying process and it is the right thing to do no matter what.

A home inspection helps you understand the condition of the property beyond what you can see on the surface. It can uncover issues with the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more. Information is power and inspections give buyers clarity and protection.
