Meet Ryan Paschal, General Contractor and Owner of Pineland Homes in Southern Pines, NC. Since 2012, Ryan has been building beautiful, lasting homes throughout the Sandhills — homes designed with quality, character, and families in mind.

A past president of the Moore County Home Builders Association, Ryan is dedicated to his craft and his community. His focus has always been on building homes that stand the test of time and bring joy to the people who live in them.

When he’s not on the job site, Ryan loves spending time outdoors — whether it’s hunting, sailing, or riding with the Moore County Hounds. He also enjoys spending weekends on his family’s farm in Northern Moore County with his wife, Brittany (a local real estate agent), and their children.

With more than a decade of experience and a true passion for building, Ryan continues to create homes that families across the Sandhills are proud to call their own.
