Calling all realtors! Don’t let the buyers settle into a house with toilets like this.

Seller agents - Help ease the burden of that final cleaning before the walk thru. A clean house will ease the mind of any buyer and hopefully make settlement less stressful.

Buyer agents - Show you go above and beyond and offer of a post closing cleaning before your client moves in.

Hard water around here wreaks havoc on surfaces. A build up over the years can be tough to tackle. I worked my magic with a scouring stick on the 4 toilets and they looked great.

When staging, remove as many personal items as possible. You’re packing to move anyway so no better time to get started than when staging.

Another tip - remove curtain when there is only one window in the room (or they are a taste specific bright color 😃). This will make the room brighter and bigger.

The staged kitchen and living room are clutter free and cleaned up.

I love a slat wall for privacy. Climbing flowering shrubs on the backside of the wall and Edison bulb outdoor lights on the other will finish the wall nicely.

This room cost nothing! I depersonalized the built in and walls. I found decor pieces around the house for the wall and built in. Moving the couch to the wall allowed for better flow.

Tips:
~Move furniture to walls so your buyers can move freely from one room to another.
~Remove school photos, family photos, and souvenirs. Buyers want to envision their life story showcased on the walls and shelves.
~Remember, you’re not selling them on your life, you’re selling them on the house.
