Our country enjoys so many freedoms thanks to the heroes who fight to protect them in the military. Our streets are safer thanks to the heroes who patrol our neighborhoods. Our children are loved and well educated, giving our world a future, thanks to the heroes who teach them in the classroom. Our poor and hungry are cared for thanks to the heroes who give themselves full-time to care for those in need. Our homes are protected thanks to the heroes fighting fire with sweat and hard work. Our families are healthy thanks to the heroes who make it their mission in life. Thanks to the heroes who serve, our country and communities are a better place to live.

The biggest mistake buyers are making right now? Waiting for a rate that may never come.

Could rates drop? Absolutely.

But if you're ready to buy today, waiting comes with a cost too:
📈 Higher home prices
🏡 More competition
⏳ More time spent on the sidelines building someone else's equity

Here's the part people forget: if rates come down, you can refinance. If home prices keep rising, you can't go back and buy at today's price.

The smartest buyers aren't trying to perfectly time the market. They're making informed decisions based on their goals, their finances, and the opportunities in front of them.

Strategy beats speculation every time.

Kidding. (Mostly.)

The truth is, real estate is personal. You deserve to work with someone you trust, communicate well with, and feel confident having in your corner.
If that's me, amazing.
If not, I genuinely hope you find someone who protects your interests, tells you the truth, and helps you make smart decisions.
