Just closed on this beautiful home in Tartan Fields! 🏡✨

When inventory was scarce, we were able to think outside the box and explore off-market opportunities, which led us to this incredible find for my buyers. This spacious 5-bedroom home sits on a large, deep lot on a quiet cul-de-sac, offering the perfect setting for their family.

Teaming with a good network of professionals to get this home into contract - that is what I do with each of my listings! We helped this home shine and show off its best feautures with the help of Jodi Festog with Choice Design Staging. I called up my favorite photographer, John Reed with Columbus Pics to help capture the home so it looked great in the marketing materials. I collaborated with Kyle of KDS Media to shoot some videos to help the Buyers feel as if they were walking inside to see all of the space in this home. We will team with the Buyers lender and Title Connect Agency to get it to closing on time.
