Honoring the past. Building the future.
Rider on Main's architectural inspiration is drawn from the historic commercial block that stood at 5th & Main Streets for over a century before it was lost to Urban Renewal efforts of the 1960s and 1970s. Said buildings were replaced with a surface parking lot, creating a noticeable gap in the downtown streetscape.
One of the most recognizable features of the original block was its distinctive curved corner at 5th & Main Streets. That same architectural gesture has been thoughtfully reimagined in the design of Rider on Main, honoring the site's history while creating a building designed for the future.
Rather than recreate the past, Rider on Main celebrates it, bringing new homes, retail spaces, and activity back to a corner that has waited decades for its next chapter.
Historic roots. Modern living. Where Main Street Comes Together.
