Everybody keeps asking the same question...

"When are interest rates coming down?"

After reading this CoStar report, maybe not as soon as people hope.

The U.S. added 172,000 jobs last month—almost double what economists expected.

That's great for the economy.

But a strong economy gives the Fed less reason to cut rates, which means borrowing money could stay expensive for a while.

The bright spot? Healthcare, construction, and hospitality are still adding jobs. Those industries need real estate.

That's why I pay attention to reports like this. Real estate isn't just about buildings—it's about understanding what's happening before it shows up in property values.
