Before the drywall goes up… this is your opportunity to take a closer look at what’s behind the walls in a new construction home. 👀🏡

A pre-drywall inspection gives buyers the chance to review the framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems before everything gets covered up.

While optional, many buyers appreciate the added peace of mind during this stage of the build process.

Once the walls are closed, what’s behind them becomes much harder to see.

Most buyers don’t even know this inspection exists. 👀
