We're looking for caring, dependable people to help with: 📞 Answering phones and assisting visitors 📧 Administrative and office tasks 📱 Social media and marketing 🎉 Fundraising and event planning 📦 Organizing donations and supplies 📋 Data entry and record keeping 🤝 Community outreach and special projects

Work ethic like this deserves to be celebrated. ❤️

This young lady right here… Kacy. (Far left)

She can’t even drive yet, but I promise you she can outwork a whole lot of grown-ups.

The first day she came to work at Miller Farms, she showed up looking absolutely adorable in a white shirt and light-colored shorts. By the end of the day… well, let’s just say they weren’t white anymore. 😂 She worked her tail off from the minute she got there until the minute she left, all with the biggest smile on her face.

I’ll admit… I wondered if she’d come back the next day. Fruit stand work isn’t easy.

Not only did she come back, she showed up ready to WORK.

The next day, I never had to micromanage her. If the shelves need stocked, she’s already doing it. If the watermelon tables start looking picked over, she’s loading and straightening them before anyone asks. She sees what needs to be done and simply does it.

Today, she stayed an extra hour past her shift just to help stock the stand. She knew my day wasn’t over and I still have okra to pick…. Then she looked at me and said, “Can I come back in an hour and help you pick okra?”

She asked!!!

That kind of initiative and work ethic is rare these days, and it deserves to be recognized.

She helped me pick okra until we ran out of daylight!

Kacy, we’re proud of you. Your parents should be incredibly proud too, because they’ve raised one hardworking, respectful young lady. Bonus… She’s great with customers! We are blessed to have you as part of the Miller Farms family. Keep that attitude, it will take you farther in life than you can even imagine. ❤️🌱🍉💪
