With the severe temperatures forecasted over the next several days, please be vigilant of rapidly changing weather conditions. Temperatures can be balmy one moment, then rapidly drop below freezing causing pipes to burst causing thousands of dollars in water damage and much inconvenience.
We are visiting properties today to ensure proper precautionary measures are taken for the vacancies and exterior common areas.

We ask that all tenants and employees assist to ensure each suite is also being proactive. When weather is expected to drop below freezing, please take the following precautions within your premises:

1. Open cabinets where plumbing faces exterior walls so that warm air can circulate.
2. Set interior faucets to a slow drip, but first make sure that the drains are working properly, so that water is continuously flowing through the pipes.
3. Maintain interior heat at levels sufficient to prevent pipes inside the walls from freezing.
4. Be careful about ice and snow on steps and sidewalks.
