We’re looking for a driven, motivated, and customer-focused Project Manager to help homeowners through the entire restoration and improvement process — from inspection to project completion.

What You’ll Do:
• Run company-provided leads while also generating your own opportunities
• Conduct property inspections for hail and storm damage (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)
• Guide homeowners through the project process from start to finish
• Coordinate projects and ensure builds are completed successfully
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional, presentable, and dependable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Energetic, ambitious, and eager to succeed
• Reliable transportation required (truck preferred but not required)
