We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has active GL & Workers Comp insurance
✅ Is comfortable jumping in where needed - whether it's demo, light carpentry, or punch work
✅ Communicates well and takes pride in doing quality work
✅ Wants steady, flexible projects without being micromanaged

This is direct 1099 work — we’re looking to work with the folks doing the work, not passing it off.
