The emotional roller coaster of house hunting is REAL! 🏡💔
We finally found a townhome that checked all the boxes for one of my buyers! We were so excited to go see it today.
But last night… the seller accepted another offer. 😩
When we spoke this morning, she told me she couldn't talk last night because she was "in mourning."
She even dressed all in black today! 🖤😂
We both had a good laugh, but the disappointment was real. Delivering news like this is never easy!
