According to the listing, “This idyllic Old Town Key West home offers an extraordinary location and super-coveted parking,” and it comes fully furnished.

This has been a huge deal over the past several months, and highlights the urgency of fighting government overreach.

Most people don't seem to understand that affordable housing mandates are forcing more and more towns to exercise eminent domain, which begs the question: are you next?

Always fight. Never give up, not even when it seems like the odds are stacked against you.

In the meantime, I am glad I get to continue seeing who I've named "Buddy the Bull" every day on my way into work. Not sure what his real name is, but that's what I call him.

🌾 Henry Family Farm Saved — A Win for Cranbury! 🌾

Today Governor Murphy announced that the Henry Family Farm on South River Road will remain under family ownership — ending the threat of eminent domain and preserving one of Cranbury’s last historic farms.

This is great news for our town and for everyone who believes that taking private land through eminent domain for state-mandated housing is never the right thing.

Our farmland is part of Cranbury’s identity — and protecting it matters. This outcome proves that public pressure, persistence, and community unity can make a real difference.

Of course, with elections around the corner, the timing of this announcement isn’t lost on anyone — but politics aside, this is a win for Cranbury and common sense.

Moving forward, we encourage open discussion instead of closed sessions and reliance on paid experts. Cranbury deserves transparency and genuine public input when decisions about our town’s future are being made.

The next question is: what will our Township Committee do now to meet the town’s affordable housing obligations without sacrificing more of what makes Cranbury, Cranbury?

We’ll be watching closely. 👀

All over 2+ months of work.

Not listed:

- Getting screamed at 😤

- Taking the blame for disorganized clients or unfair appraisals (everything is our fault)

- Making financial concessions for sellers who neglected their home for years (you're right, I should cut my commission to cover the septic you haven't had cleaned since 1970 - that's on me 🫠)

- Paying for all the advertising, marketing, photography, MLS fees, etc. … only for a seller to change their mind after offers come in (and not pay us, because you work for free, right?)

- Navigating difficult personalities who ignore advice and then complain about the outcome (told ya so)

- Assuming legal responsibility for when you don't tell us about that massive hole in the roof you covered up to pass inspection

But yeah, we make too much. 🤷
