Eastern Connecticut first-time buyers — they went under contract in less than 2 weeks, and their very first offer won. 🏡

Here's how it actually happened.

They found me on Instagram, reached out, and we had a thorough consultation and strategizing session. The next week, we were at a last-minute showing after they spotted the home at an open house. The market here in Eastern CT is no joke — low inventory, multiple offers, and a lot of first-timers getting discouraged fast.

But we moved with intention. I helped them understand exactly how to structure a strong offer, walked them through every step so they felt confident (not panicked), and we went up against 4 other buyers.
