Construction company looking to hire an office manager to perform a wide variety of task. We do property maintenance, home improvements, and have rental properties. This job would include coordinating and scheduling work orders for all three companies. We make and answer a lot of phone calls to clients, customers, and vendors throughout the day as well as send and respond to a variety of emails. There are also several traditional administrative task to be performed such as running payroll and attending conference calls as well as responsibilities such as ordering materials, applying for building permits, and organizing job folders/clients. Although we are willing to train, a good candidate would have some experience in an office position performing these types of duties. Ability to navigate computers and technology is a must and proficiency in programs such as excel is a plus. Looking to hire new team members who have experience with general home maintenance and remodel. We do most phases of construction and take pride in everything we do. We are a growing company and are looking to make a few great hires. Some projects we are currently working on include building a shed, installing wood and vinyl fences, doors and windows with aluminum trim, and rebuilding stairs and a deck. Position available immediately.

Also we are still doing exterior work (until further notice🤔) and will be available for emergency repairs. We can give proposals and invoice online. Stay safe out there folks. This too shall pass.
