On my way to tell people what I really think about Zillow Zestimates... 🚗💨
They're fun to look at.
They're interesting to compare.
But they're not the same as an actual market value.
A Zestimate doesn't know:
🏡 If your kitchen was remodeled
🏡 If your roof needs replaced
🏡 If your neighbor just sold for way over asking
🏡 If buyers are loving (or avoiding) your floor plan
🏡 If you're sitting on 5 acres with a shop, barn, and water rights
The truth? Your home's value isn't determined by an algorithm.
It's determined by what buyers in today's market are willing to pay.
So if you're wondering what your home is actually worth, don't trust a computer that has never walked through your front door.
(And yes... I will still look at your Zestimate with you. 😏)
