I’m posting a bit late, but I wanted to share this fun project I had with this charming little short-term rental. The client’s goal was to refresh the home with a coastal Cape Cod cottage look.
Despite needing to keep many of the existing items in the house due to budget constraints, we were still able to achieve a successful refresh of this STR!
AND….the next renter reached out to the host telling him how cute the house looked!
