For the past twenty five years I have been a successful Software technology sales representative marketing to fortune 500 organizations. Being successful at sales requires that you listen to your customers concerns, wants and needs matched with a desire to help them achieve their goals. I am thrilled to be combining my sales experience and commitment to customer service with National Realty Guild.

Before I moved to Saint Michael where I helped to create our homeowners association I was re-elected for 10 years as the President of my Homeowners Association in the Plymouth neighborhood where we built our first home. Additionally I was re-elected 12 years as President of the Lake Association for Lake Mary in Alexandria, where we own a lake home. I plan to use my experience in those areas to specialize in the Western Suburbs Minneapolis and Greater Alexandria Lakes area. I love the real estate market, especially lake shore housing and given the chance I will make it my mission in life to find you the dream home or cabin that is just for you.

From time to time I get ask how the market is doing now. I think as of this week we had 1.8 months supply in Minnesota, that is a pretty short supply when normal can run anywhere from 4 to 6 months in past. See the October report below.
