As much as I absolutely love being a realtor, some days can be challenging. With that being said this deal has probably been one of the toughest deals of my career thus far. I cannot express the importance of using local lenders that are available in your time zone as well as title companies that can be accessible in person when you really need it. This purchase almost fell apart about 10 times within 24 hours of closing but thanks to my team we were able to put it back together at the last minute and get this family into their forever home! I thank god for giving me guidance and my clients for their patience. Definitely learned a thing or 2 from this experience which will only help me be a better agent moving forward.
