This one started over two years ago with a referral from The Hinds family and turned into lots of conversations, lots of planning, and a whole lot of hard work on their end. They stayed the course, worked on their credit, saved what they needed, and when the time was finally right… they were READY.

Plot twist: the pink front door almost cost this house a showing. 😂

These two are moving to be closer to their sweet daughter, who sent them our way after their first real estate experience just wasn’t cutting it. We’re so grateful she trusted us to step in and take care of her parents.

And thank goodness they gave this house a chance, because once she saw it in person, everything changed. She told us her mom’s favorite color was pink, and suddenly that front door felt a whole lot less random and a little more like it was meant to be.

The pink door is staying. 💗
