is further bolstered by his role as the past President of the Edmond Board of REALTORS® and his leadership as Chairman for the Edmond Board of REALTORS® Habitat for Humanity Committee. His accolades, including the prestigious titles of Edmond Board’s "REALTOR® of the Year" and "Edmond Board’s Most Cooperative REALTOR®," highlight his contributions to the industry. Jim, a former Oklahoma Licensed Real Estate Educator, made significant contributions to our state’s professionals. He continues to facilitate adult relationship and personal development classes at his church, a commitment he has upheld for over 15 years. Jim’s approachable nature, kind spirit, calm demeanor, and attentive ear set him apart. Not only is he a real estate expert, but he is also a trusted friend and advisor. In 2023, Jim made the decision to retire from his management position, redirecting his efforts toward assisting clients with their real estate needs. Partnering with his daughter, Ashley Austin, they combined their knowledge and experience to form the Jim Webb Team. Outside real estate, Jim enjoys skiing, hiking the Grand Canyon, indulging in his love for motorcycles, and cherishing moments with friends and family, especially his grandchildren River and Ellie.
