Before & After transformation ✨
We recently brought this 4-plex under management in rough condition and immediately got to work identifying key improvements to help protect the asset and improve overall curb appeal and functionality.
Our team coordinated and secured bids for a full exterior refresh including a soft wash of the roof and new gutters completed by Mighty Hands Projects LLC , along with landscape improvements, siding repairs, and other exterior updates to bring the property back to life. A big thank you as well to Asgard NW for their work on the new fence, gate, and additional exterior improvements.
We also addressed the common exterior staircase, removing worn carpeting that had become stained and held odor, and recoated the stairs to give the entryway a clean, durable, and refreshed finish.
Out back, we converted a previously unusable muddy and grass-covered area into compacted gravel parking, improving functionality and usability for residents. We also removed outdated wooden privacy structures and added modern house numbers and refreshed rockery landscaping to elevate curb appeal with a clean, low-maintenance design.
The laundry room was cleared out, repainted, and upgraded with new third-party app-based machines to improve convenience and tenant experience.
The transformation is truly night and day. Both renovated units were filled within days of being listed—directly supported by the improved curb appeal and overall presentation of the property.
