🏆 Our MVP of the week is Bakery 177!

We love any opportunity to support the amazing small businesses that make our communities so special, and Bakery 177 is always ready to team up with us and help make things a little sweeter!

Today we headed to the Butler County Board of Realtors meeting with these beautiful mini fruit pizzas and cookies from Bakery 177, and they did not disappoint. They were delicious, adorable, and definitely a crowd favorite!

We’re fortunate to have so many wonderful small businesses throughout our communities, and we love getting the chance to support and celebrate them whenever we can.

The latest housing market numbers are in for South Central Kansas! 🏡

Here’s where median list prices currently stand:

📍 Wichita: $282,700
📍 Andover: $393,950
📍 Augusta: $273,300
📍 El Dorado: $165,000
📍 Rose Hill: $367,500

Wichita, Augusta and El Dorado remain strong seller’s markets, while Andover and Rose Hill continue to show a slight seller’s advantage. Rose Hill was the only market to see inventory decrease this week, falling to just 15 available homes.
