Cross fingers this doesn't reduce the number of choices we have to buy groceries....and forces us to all shop at Walmart!

El Paso's Hunt Companies is redeveloping a business park into high-end apartments in Arlington, TX and this illustrates several things about our different markets: (1) land is scarce and good sites for infill development requires demolition of existing projects, and (2) rents in that market support the higher residual land cost of an improved site that must be torn down and redeveloped. Someday here.....?
