Wow. “The One” just sold for a record-setting price of $126 million – the highest amount ever spent at a home auction. While this number is impressive, it’s actually a significant discount from it’s original listing price of $295 million.

May 2021 market report for the beach cities here in the South Bay. Great time to be a seller, homes are moving quickly and over asking. We had significantly lower inventory last month compared to May of 2020. This has brought about even more competition for home buyers. Hopeful that we will see some more listing action during these summer months!

I am obsessed with this kitchen! Gorgeous white granite counters with custom black and wood cabinetry. I’m also in love with the large bar/coffee area that has two beverage/wine refrigerators built-in. The hanging chandeliers and stainless-steel appliances give this marvelous kitchen an overall grand feeling. This Manhattan Beach home is definitely one of my favorites this year in terms of design, and is currently on the market!
