Every closing has a story — and this one is a beautiful reminder that God’s timing is always greater than our own. 🙌

There were moments throughout this journey that required patience, perseverance, and overcoming unexpected hurdles, but through every challenge, everything came together exactly when it was supposed to. What may have felt uncertain at times became another reminder that God is faithful through every season of the process. ✨

My SUPER SPECIAL BUYERS have FINALLY CLOSED on their new and first home!

Every closing is meaningful to me, but this one especially had my emotions running wild. I have known this couple since they were itty bitty, running around at church. Little did I know that I would be a part of a huge milestone for them. Seeing them get married, have their first child (with another on the way), and now handing them the keys to their home at the ripe age of 19 and 20, has brought me such joy and love.

To the Bourne’s: Thank you so much for allowing me this opportunity to make y’all’s dream happen. I am so excited to see the start of your new season, and praying blessings over what’s to come in life. Time to get ready for baby girls arrival in August! ❤️

To the sellers: This wouldn’t have been possible without y’all. We are truly grateful for your patience and grace with us throughout the whole process. My prayers are with you as well for that next chapter in life.

Patience, persistence, and a whole lot of faith—and now we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🙌✨ This one has been a journey, but it’s a beautiful reminder that God’s timing is never late.
