Hi everyone, I’ve had some neighbors ask me lately about our parking situation. I too had no idea that we couldn’t park our cars on the street overnight. Only our guest can park their cars overnight on the street but for a limited amount of time. I wanted to provide everyone a copy of the CC&R’s so you can read it for yourself. I have since sold one of my cars so I can be in compliance. I love our neighborhood and wish to keep our home values high. 🙂 Unfortunately I can only upload the documents to our Group.
