Curious what your North Georgia home might be worth?

This will give you a quick starting point based on recent activity. It’s not an appraisal—and computers don’t know whether you’ve remodeled the kitchen or whether your driveway requires four-wheel drive and prayer.

Fall’s comin. The time to get the house ready for market is now.

If you’re thinking about selling this fall, now’s the time to knock out the little stuff, price it right, and get that house ready to hit the market.

Because once college football gets rolling, I don’t want you spending Saturday painting trim, fixing cabinet doors and making trips to Home Depot.

I want you on the couch hollering at a television like a normal person. 😂🏈

Thinking about selling this fall? Give me a call. We’ll figure out what’s actually worth doing—and what ain’t worth spending your money on.
