April, 2023 - 42 offers on one single family home in Naperville. 80 showings over two days on a home in Lincoln Park. These are just two examples that I’m aware of.

In the MultiFamily World, prices have not adjusted negatively to these same rate increases because rents and rent collections have been strong and continue to be.
