We are pleased to announce the successful closing of Foster Senior Lofts, a 46-unit senior, age restricted independent living housing development located at 610 Bond Street Elyria, OH 44035. Designed to serve the senior community of Elyria area, Foster Senior Lofts will offer high-quality, amenity-rich apartment homes, including 24 one-bedroom and 22 two-bedroom units.
The community, designed by BDCL Architects and Engineer The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. and built by Ruscilli Construction, will feature a community room and outdoor pavilion area. Foster Senior Lofts will be delivered in Early Summer 2026.
This development was made possible through the support of our valued partners. Financing partners Ohio Housing Finance Agency, City of Elyria, Grow America (formerly NDC) and KeyBank.
