Alan’s professional experience includes computer engineering, professional marketing and printing,and building and real estate. He has expertise in planning and logistics within both the building and computer engineering fields, including design, production,
and marketing. Alan has purchased and renovated homes for resale and served as Project Manager for each development, including contracts, permitting, financing, marketing, and design in California, Texas and Florida. Alan currently has property in Florida, Virginia, Iowa, Colorado, and Missouri, among others, for future developments. Mitchell has "worn a lot of hats" throughout his career making him well rounded and able to solve complex problems with creative solutions. His primary skills are planning and development and
utlizing the power of networking, advertising, and marketing to make new connections, collaborate, and build teams to advance ideas and projects. He has worked with Alan to research and identify properties for future development and together they have planned and produced unique, one-of-a-kind living experiences. Together, they have curated innovative, energy efficient, technologically-advanced, cost saving, and sustainable building materials, techniques, and processes. Likewise, they have built a portfolio of unique real estate properties and opportunities.
