With 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, I bring a level of expertise that sets me apart from other inspectors. My career includes 12 years in construction, 13 years in public works for the Borough of Emmaus, and 2 years as a codes and zoning official, giving me a deep understanding of building structures, utilities, and infrastructure. During this time, I also earned a deg

ree in Construction Management from Lehigh Carbon Community College, further strengthening my technical knowledge. Unlike many inspectors who rely solely on book knowledge, I have physically done the work myself—installing water and sewer lines, constructing buildings, and paving roads. My firsthand experience allows me to inspect properties with a trained eye that only comes from years in the field. In addition to my experience, I have accumulated numerous certifications, including those in home, mold, sewer, wood-destroying insects and NASSCO certifications for manholes, lateral lines, and main pipelines. I also hold a water distribution license and various commercial inspection credentials, including BCO and plumbing certifications.
