I don’t often share details from the inspections I perform out of respect for my clients’ privacy, but I wanted to take a moment to reflect on an inspection I was honored to do recently. A couple reached out and asked me to represent them during the final walkthrough of their newly built home.

Walkthroughs are such an important step—whether it’s new construction or an older home. It’s easy for buyers to get caught up in things like where the couch will fit or whether the paint color feels right, while critical details—like rust under a boiler—can go unnoticed.

During this walkthrough, I was able to answer their questions, review the inspection reports with them, and help them fully understand the process. It’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do: giving clients peace of mind and confidence in one of the biggest investments of their lives.

I’d like to extend a sincere thank you to Chuck Wolf of Barry Isett Inspections for the opportunity to speak at Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) recently.

As a graduate of LCCC’s Associate Degree program, it was truly an honor to return—this time as a guest speaker. Chuck and I share the belief that giving back to the next generation of professionals is essential—not only for personal growth but also for building a meaningful career.

I had the pleasure of discussing Codes and Zoning with students, and how they serve as a foundation for building safe, sustainable communities. My journey through commercial construction and inspections has brought me to this point, and I’m proud to say: it’s never too late to grow, change, and make a difference.

I will finish Google verification tomorrow. So hopefully Google verifies me soon to make it easier to find the business.
