This one was a real nail biter til the end... and we closed with a 🤝. I am proud to say "Welcome Home" to The Minor Family! This is their very 1st 🏠 purchase, and they bought an Acreage that has been in the seller's family for 4️⃣0️⃣ years. They are lucky enough to be getting a new well and a new septic, so they should be set for another 4️⃣0️⃣+ years too. I am so proud of them!
