Sustainability consulting - For years, I had a business where I helped homeowners and business owners integrate sustainable practices to be more energy efficient, conserve resources, and lessen their environmental impact. That knowledge now helps me guide real estate clients on green home features that can help the earth and their pocketbook!
Wellness and healthy lifestyle coaching - As part of my sustainability consulting biz, I expanded my green knowledge to wellness when I started having babies and my first born struggled with various food and environmental allergies and after losing loved ones to cancer and lifestyle disease. When it comes to helping clients find homes, I always have an eye on aspects that could impact their physical health - both inside and outside the home.
Marketing and branding experience - Having worked as a solopreneur since 2008, I've had to learn all aspects of running my own business on a limited budget. The creative side of my brain took to the marketing development, and over the years I've learned how to build websites and landing pages, write copy, design marketing materials, and create my own social media content. Friends noticed, and started hiring me to help me with theirs. A BIG part of real estate success is marketing, and I have built in skills to manage that side of things.
As someone who lives and breathes the North County San Diego coastal lifestyle, I understand what makes a house feel like home in this special corner of Southern California. My approach combines market expertise with an eye for potential – seeing not just what a space is, but what it could become.
