Footprint Design is one of the leading providers of floor plans and energy performance certificates (EPCs) in the South of England, working with estate and letting agents across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Berkshire and Hampshire. Including being the number 1 supplier to Surrey’s Prime, Super Prime and UHNW sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the worlds most desirable homes.
Title: Domestic Energy Assessor & floor planner.
Pay: competitive, price per job or salary
OTE: £30,000 - £35,000 PA
Position: Full time or Part time
Location: South of England
Job Summary:
As a DEA & floor planner you will draw illustration floor plans and carry out EPC of homes across the South of England. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property, however this is not essential.
Person Specification:
Footprint Design will train you on all aspects of the role however we are looking for someone who is self-driven, has a high level of professionalism and work ethic to join the team. It will be necessary to attend a DEA training course to be become fully qualified, however we will assist at all times with this.
Requirements
Essential:
Own car and have a driving licence
Desirable:
DEA qualification / licence to produce EPCs.
Previous experince in the property industry.
