Every home has a story, but some details say “Nope.” 🚩

Here’s one of mine: we once toured a house with a hot tub on a sloping balcony, and the balcony floor was covered in thick poly sheeting, definitely not built to hold the weight.
Our agent took one look and said, “Yeahhh, we’re not doing this today.” 😅

Hi friends! I realized I have not properly introduced myself here. I am Jessica, a Texas real estate agent with several years of experience managing and overseeing rental properties. Now I am putting that experience and passion into helping people directly with buying, selling, and everything in between.

I grew up in Vancouver, Washington, where I spent most of my childhood outdoors and developed a love for hiking, fresh air, and wide open spaces. I also played competitive soccer for years, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and grit.

Outside of real estate, I love all things creative. I enjoy photography, baking, gardening, and I am currently writing a children's book that is in the publishing process. I am a big reader and love a good cheesy Hallmark movie. I’m fascinated by genealogy and enjoy tracing my family history. One fun discovery is that my Scottish ancestors were actually rivals of my husband's Scottish ancestors, which still makes us laugh.

Now I get to raise my own family here in Texas, and it truly has become home. I am a mom of two, and our house is happily full with our German Shepherd, Lala, and our 12-year-old cat, Lenny.
