Congratulations to my seller!!! This one has a history. Originally met the client years ago at one of my open houses, he was moving up here from SE Pennsylvania for work and needed a home. Didn't buy the one from the open house but we did some looking and purchased a large one on Applejack Dr. After about a year or two he reaches out and says they want to downsize because it's too big for just the two of them. So we sell that house and purchase this one. Another year or two goes by and he reaches out again saying he took a job back where they came from and wants to sell this one. Both homes had offers on the first day of being on the market so he was definitely a satisfied client because they didn't have to have multiple showings for multiple days.

So far this year all closings have been on the seller side. This one has been pending since December. Here's why: home was owned by an LLC in California. During the title search it was decided that the LLC member didn't have authority to sign for the sale so it had to go to the parent LLC which is an LLC in China. So this entire time it's been nonstop extensions and document requests between lawyers, middlemen and chairmen in China. Finally finished today. So now you know how other countries can own property here in the states.
