We just got back from a mastermind with our coaches Seth & Tori Bolt and an incredible group of fellow STR business owners at Bolt Farm.
Here’s the thing about masterminds…they’re not transformative because of one specific session. They’re transformative because of who’s in the room.
We walked in a bit overwhelmed. But we walked out with clarity on our next steps, validation on some of our ideas, and also blind spots pointed out that we didn’t even know were there. Seeing and hearing what others in the room have built made our goals feel possible.
We realized that’s what happens when you surround yourself with people who challenge you and cheer you on. We’re grateful for these friends and coaches as they push us to bring our best to Lake Erie Treehouses.
