What an incredible honor it was to work with these beautiful clients… again!
A few years ago, I was able to find Bobby and Lizzy their dream property. They got right to work updating the house and landscaping the large lot. Then, unexpectedly, only a couple of years later, a great career opportunity opened up in another state.
Lizzy worried that because they had been in this home for such a short time, and the market had changed since they bought it, their renovations might end up creating a financial loss.
I implemented a marketing strategy designed to bring the right buyer who would see the value in the home.
Without hesitation Bobby and Lizzy followed all of my stager’s suggestions (which even required repainting some very large rooms). We priced the home right. They kept the house show ready and accepted every showing request.
We sold their house after only four showings, and best of all, they received a nice return on their renovation investment!
I love a happy ending , especially when it lends to a happy new beginning!
