2026 prediction...existing home sales (not new construction) will increase by 14% over 2025. Which is great! Better rates and more sellers. A snowy Christmas parade! Such a fun time handing out goodies down Escanaba’s mainstreet. CB’s float was so cute, but Santa sure had a sweet ride! It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
