Launch day is the best day. ⚓️

Getting a Hank’s Houseboat from land to water takes serious equipment, careful coordination, and a team we’re proud to work alongside.

Williams Crane handles the lift. Middle River Charters guides her on the water. And it all happens from the place we’re lucky to call home — Baltimore Boating Center, an active, working marina on the banks of peaceful Sue Creek.

Over the years, we’ve built an ecosystem here of fellow marine lovers, craftsmen, captains, mechanics, and businesses like Diversified Marine Services who share our love of boats, the water, and doing things right.

It’s one of our favorite parts of building on the Chesapeake — being surrounded by people who know the water and take pride in their craft.

Hank’s would be nothing without our team of marine enthusiasts.

We’re always getting the best requests for our houseboats.

When our neighbor asked if he could watch game day on the water with his buddies, there was really only one answer.

Take it to the roof. 🏈🍻

Two screens. Charly’s Waterfront drinks & bites. Good company. Waterfront views. And a Hank’s rooftop deck turned into the best seat in the house.

Turns out, houseboats are pretty good for game day too.

Happy first day of fall from Hank’s. 🍁
