I’m incredibly proud to share that I was recognized as Top Individual for GCI and Volume for 2025 in my office. 🙏 over $10 million in sales 💰💰and the Platinum Award

To accomplish this in my first year with Keller Williams, surrounded by such talent and excellence, is truly an honor.

But what makes this even more meaningful… is the journey behind it.

This year, I faced one of the hardest battles of my life, walking through Stage 3 ovarian cancer, and yet, God never left my side. He carried me when I was weak, strengthened me when I was tired, and reminded me daily of His promises.

God did it all.
The strength.
The faithfulness.
The courage.
The prosperity.

I also want to take a moment to congratulate all of the other award winners, your hard work, dedication, and consistency inspire me. And to everyone in our office who contributed to making us the most profitable in the region, this is a shared victory. As of August 2025, the average home price in Babcock Ranch was around $442,000, with roughly 103 days on market for that sample.

The community has been gaining major traction: it was ranked #7 fastest-selling master-planned community in the U.S. in 2025, up about 15% year-over-year.
